Refund Terms & Conditions
  1. All payments made to Dustwon Technology are final and non-refundable.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed case-by-case.
  3. Partial refunds may be issued in case of non-delivered services only.
  4. Refunds are not applicable for completed design or software modules.
  5. Clients are responsible for verifying service compatibility before purchase.
  6. No refund shall be provided for domain/hosting after purchase.
  7. Refund processing (if approved) may take up to 15 working days.
  8. Dustwon Technology will deduct administrative costs (if any) from refund.
  9. Customized development services are strictly non-refundable.
  10. Refunds are not offered for delay due to client-side reasons.
  11. Marketing services once started cannot be refunded.
  12. Support or maintenance packages are prepaid and non-refundable.
  13. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste.
  14. Misuse of the system or abuse will void any eligibility for refund.
  15. Refunds will only be credited to the original source of payment.
  16. Any refund disputes must be resolved directly with Dustwon support.
  17. No refund on bulk SMS, WhatsApp credits or API usage fees.
  18. If refund is part of settlement, further services will be terminated.
  19. Refunds are not valid if terms and usage policies are violated.
  20. Third-party services used through Dustwon are not refundable.
  21. Payments made via UPI/Wallets are refunded to same account.
  22. Chargeback attempts will be legally disputed and banned.
  23. Clients must cancel services 7 days before renewal to avoid charges.
  24. Training, setup, or installation fees are strictly non-refundable.
  25. Refunds are not available for free/discounted promotional plans.
  26. All refund approvals will be at sole discretion of Dustwon management.
  27. Miscommunication, misunderstanding or lack of clarity does not qualify for refund.
  28. Clients who breach contracts are disqualified from refunds.
  29. Any refund communication must be respectful and professional.
  30. Dustwon Technology reserves the right to amend refund policy without notice.
